Het Winkel uses Google Analytics to gain insight into the use of the website by visitors. With this data we optimize our website. With the help of Google Analytics Cookies, pseudo anonymous personal data of visitors are stored in Google Analytics. Pseudo anonymous data can not be traced back to a specific person. This data includes:

For example, an IP address is not visible and can not be traced back to a specific person. Both Het Winkel and involved employees of contracted service providers can access these personal data. Het Winkel has a data processing contract with Google Analytics to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data.

Microsoft Clarity
Het Winkel uses Microsoft Clarity to gain insight into the use of the website and to optimise it for use. Clarity is used to store pseudo-anonymous personal data of visitors in Microsoft Clarity. Pseudo-anonymous data is the record of visits. Clarity records interactions such as mouse movements, clicks, scrolls, etc. that a user performs on your website. The data is stored for a maximum of one year. Involved employees of a contracted service provider can access this personal data. Newsletter
You can subscribe to our newsletter, in which we inform you about news concerning our services. You can subscribe to the newsletter via our website using your e-mail address, first name and last name. Your personal details will only be included in the list of recipients if you have given your express consent by clicking on a link in the e-mail that you receive immediately when you subscribe to the newsletter. Both Het Winkel and the employees of the service providers involved can access this personal data. You will receive a newsletter a maximum of 6 times per year. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. This can be done via the link in the newsletter itself. We use an external programme to send the newsletter and share your personal data for this purpose. You can of course view the privacy policy of Mailchimp.

When you want to book an accommodation at Het Winkel, we need the following personal data from you:

We need this information to execute your order. Sometimes it may be necessary to provide your details to a third party. The booking moduleis built in a secure environment with an SSL-layer. The online payment takes place in the online environment of your bank. An information exchange takes place here. When the booking has been processed, your personal data will be deleted for all parties within 5 years.

Contact form
If you want to contact us, you can fill in a contact form on the website. The personal data entered in the contact form are processed encrypted. When you have a fill in contact form, we need the following personal information from you:

In this way we can maintain contact with you. We share the personal data with our engaged service providers so they can carry out their work correctly and efficiently for us. Create my account
You can create an account on the Het Winkel website.The personal data entered in the create my account form are processed encrypted. When you have a fill in create my account form, we need the following personal information from you:

We do not have you password. The 'my account' section is meant to book products and services such as breakfast, bicycles or a sauna visit. Here you can also manage your personal details and bookings, manage payments and view previous reservations.We share the personal data with our engaged service providers so they can carry out their work correctly and efficiently for us. We have a processing contract with the engaged service providers to ensure the level of security and confidentiality of your personal data. When my account is inactive for 5 years, the accompanying personal data will be removed from all parties within 1 year.

Data from children under 16 years
Our website and / or service does not intend to collect personal data about visitors who are younger than 16 years old, unless they have permission of parents or guardian.We can not check if a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent the collection of personal data about children without parental consent. We will delete this information. 

View, amend or delete data
You have the right to see, correct or remove your personal data. Het Winkel has no influence on the use of data by Social Media. Data from Google Analytics and Yandex do not allow us to obtain traceable personal data, nor can we change this data for you. We would also like to point out that you have the opportunity to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
